1998 was the first time
Aussies shaved their hair to help beat blood cancer. This week a few of our
fearless students and staff ‘let their hair down’ and bravely faced off the
scissors and clippers to raise money and awareness for this disease.
The total funds raised by
our school community for the Leukaemia Foundation is now well over $3000! This is an amazing effort by everyone
involved with this incredibly worthwhile cause. The funds that were raised will
give families facing blood cancer the emotional and practical support they need
and fund vital research that will help more people survive blood cancers like
lymphoma, leukaemia and myeloma, while improving their quality of life.
A massive WELL DONE to
