Compass
Compass is the main portal for written digital communication to parents/caregivers and students from teachers and administration. Compass notifications are also sent to your nominated email.
Parent/Caregivers can access their child's timetable, contact teachers, explain absences and access reports via Compass
Please check your Compass app regularly, enable push notifications for the app on your device and ensure that Compass email notifications aren't going to the spam folder in your email.

QParents
Qparents enables parent/caregivers to give consent to school activities and excursions as required. Student reports, timetables and other information regarding the School can be accessed via Qparents.
Please note the school does not provide paper consent forms for school activities and only accepts digital consent through Qparents.

Whilst parents are encouraged to contact the School to speak with staff about your child, please note that teachers may not always be able to answer calls during lesson times. Please contact the School out of lesson times, or you may contact teachers via the Compass app.
Change of Details
Any changes in details are to be made by current parent/guardian. Please complete the change of details form (PDF, 234KB).
Student Reporting, Parent Teacher Interviews
Tullawong State High School provides parent/caregivers with student reports 4 times during the school year.
Parent/Caregivers are provided the opportunity to meet with their child's teachers during Term 2 and Term 3. Specific information regarding interviews and bookings is released through Compass after Interim Term 1 and Semester 1 reports have been finalised and sent.
Parent & Community Code Of Conduct
The Parent and Community Code of Conduct (PDF, 386KB) describes the ways in which parents, carers and visitors should conduct themselves while on Queensland state school grounds, at school activities, and when interacting with others in the school community.
